As of 10:00 am on October 8th, I have sent an email to all signed up vendors confirming they are on the list to attend.
If you believe you have signed up and did not receive that email please reach out to me at fhmevents@gmail.com by October 18th at noon to ensure I have received both your form and your booth payment and have the correct email address on file. Your spot is NOT reserved if you have returned the vendor form, but not paid the booth payment. Both items are due by October 18th at noon to have a booth space. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The Flinthills Mall Spring Craft & Trade Show had over 50 vendors in attendance.

Vendor Form AND Booth Payment must be received in the Flinthills Mall Office by Friday, October 18th at noon to reserve your spot. No new vendors or vendor forms will be accepted after this time and date.
The Flinthills Mall is accepting vendors for their Fall 2024 Craft & Trade Show.
November 2, 2024 - Set up from 8:00-10:00am - Craft & Trade Show held 10:00am to 4:00pm.
Sign-up deadline is October 18th. Spots are limited. Capacity for booth spaces may be reached prior to the deadline. We do have a waitlist in this event for any vendor cancellations.
$25.00 booth fee per one 10' x 10' spot per business, or $15.00 for trade (services). NON-REFUNDABLE. Limited spots with electricity available with prior notification - first come first serve.
We also have a limited number of tables and chairs available to rent for an additional $10 fee. Tables and/or chairs must be returned at the end of the event or you will be charged for the replacement cost of each missing table and/or chair rented.

Vendor form and booth payment must both be received by the mall office for your spot to be considered reserved. If we reach capacity prior to both being received you will be placed on the waitlist.
Vendor Forms can be dropped off in person, mailed to the address above, or emailed to the email address listed above. Please let me know how you will be paying the booth payment when returning your vendor form by email. If you would like to be invoiced through Square please be sure to include the correct email address you would like to receive the invoice to.
Returning a vendor form without the booth fee does not reserve a booth space.
I will send confirmation once I receive your form and payment. If you do not receive confirmation, reach out to the mall office to ensure it has been received.

The mall office is located on the back side of the mall where the alternative entrance to the theatre is. There is a parking lot tucked in the backside of the mall between the theatre and Dunhams. In that parking lot you will see a large grey trash compactor. Our office door is located behind the trash compactor. It is a glass door with “Flinthills Mall - Office Hours -” displayed on it.Mail - check to the address listed above. CHECK MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE MALL OFFICE BY OCTOBER 18th
Online - Square invoice. UNPAID INVOICES WILL BE CANCELLED OCTOBER 18TH AT NOON AND YOUR NAME WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE VENDOR WAITLIST.
All card and Square payments will have an additional $2 processing fee.Refunds are not available for cancellations. We ask that you notify the mall office by phone or email if you are no longer able to attend after signing up.

We aim to provide a variety of small businesses. Most of the attending vendors are small, handmade businesses. We do have a few local businesses that attend to educate customers about the services that they offer. We do limit Direct Sales companies to one vendor per company.
At our Spring 2024 Craft & Trade Show we have over 50 vendors in attendance with the vast majority being handmade businesses.
We do not restrict duplicate product types unless it is a direct sales company.

Each booth space is 10' x 10' with 2' separating each booth.

Yes, we have both tables and chairs for rent. We have a limited number of 6' tables, 8' tables, and chairs available.
There is a $10 non-refundable rental fee per table with chair. If you'd like to rent these items please add your requested table size to the "Special Requests/Accommodations" section of the vendor form.
The rental fee must be paid prior to the event. Tables marked on the vendor form but not paid for will not be reserved or provided.
Vendors will be charged the full replacement cost for any tables and/or chairs not returned at the end of the event.

We have a limited number of spots with electricity available. These spots are first come, first serve when signing up to be a vendor. Both your vendor form with the request for electricity and your booth payment must be confirmed received by the Flinthills Mall Office to reserve a booth space with electricity.

Vendor forms can be returned to the mall office Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (we may be closed for lunch from 1-2pm), mailed to the address provided on the form, or emailed to "fhmevents@gmail.com".
Please be sure to include you booth payment when you return your vendor form. If you'd like to be invoiced via Square be sure to let the mall office know and include a valid email address. There is an additional $2 processing fee for card and square payments.

A 10'x10' space is $25 per business (selling items) or $15 for a trade (not selling items, only educating customers).
Booth fee payments can be made in the Flinthills Mall Office with cash, check, card.

Or, by Square invoice. A $2 processing fee is added for any card or square payments.

We are located on the backside of the mall near the alternative exterior entrance to B&B Theatres. Tucked between Dunham's Sports & B&B Theatres there is a parking lot. If you do not have a Tax ID Number, leave that section of the vendor form blank. We will have Sales Tax Forms provided by the Kansas Department of Revenue (KDOR) to hand out at the event for vendors without a number. A list of all attendees will be provided to KDOR after the event for sales tax collection purposes.

Each booth should be facing outwards, towards the mall walls and wood flooring as to not crowd the booths beside and behind you.

Vendors will set up between 8am -10am the morning of the event. The Craft & Trade Show is advertised as beginning for the public at 10am. However, mall doors do open to the public prior to this time.

Yes, the Flinthills Mall does have free guest wifi. The details of that will be provided in the emails leading up to the event.

The cut-off date for vendor forms and booth payment is October 18th at noon. We will not be offering any new booth spaces after that time.
You can expect to receive an email with the event details and a booth map by Friday, October 26th.
